Aki slams Henyekane error

Mpumalanga Black Aces coach Aki Ayiomamidis has castigated defender Joseph Henyekane for what he terms as a 'lack of professionalism' after he was exposed at the back to allow SuperSport United to score their second goal at the Lucas Moripe Stadium yesterday.
United beat Aces 2-1 to secure their first three points of the season.
The result against the defending League champions has not gone down very well with Ayiomamidis who feels they were let down by defence, especially by Henyekane who left his position at left-back and tried to overlap on the right flank leaving Matsatsantsa open to a counter attack.
Fikru Teferra exploited the situation and scored United's second from a cross from Jabulane Maluleka in the 59th minute.
Speaking to KickOff.com after the game, Ayiomamidis says Henyekane showed no respect to the club for committing the defensive error and would have been fined if he was playing in Europe.
"This was unprofessional and I didn't expect a player who has played at the highest level in the country to commit such a mistake. I did not see any reason for him to leave his position and overlap on the right flank. His mistake cost us the goal.
"The players are paid big money and the only thing they know is drinking. In Europe you get punished and fined heavily for committing such mistakes. This was just unacceptable."
Ayiomamidis sat on the stands during the game against Matsatsantsa as he has still not received his work permit.
