Former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Manqoba Ngwenya says he is not ready to give up his soccer career and is confident he will find a new team soon after failing to agree on financial terms with Vasco Da Gama.
Ngwenya who endured tough times at Sundowns with no regular action is now back in Johannesburg and training on his own after his much publicized move to Cape Town failed to materialise.
Speaking to KickOff.com, Ngwenya assures his fans that he still has a lot to offer and will not be lost to the game anytime soon.
"I was looking forward to playing for Vasco but couldn't agree on certain things and now I am back in Johannesburg and training on my own. I am not ready to give up and my manager is working on something and hopefully things will come right soon.
"I still have lot to offer in football and believe I can deliver more than what I have already given to the game. I am waiting for my chance to come back again and repay the people who have supported me through thick and thin by producing good football," he adds.
