Troubled striker Lethola 'Kanu' Mofokeng is expected to appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee on Tuesday evening charged with signing two contracts with different clubs for the same period of time.
Mofokeng, already tied to Black Leopards signed another contract with Mpumalanga Black Aces in April following the Witbank-based club's promotion to the PSL having beaten Lidoda Duvha in the promotional play-offs.
"He is appearing before the PSL DC tomorrow charged with signing contracts with two different clubs for the same period of time," confirms Zola Majavu, the PSL prosecutor.
According to Leopards manager Samuel Khapathe, Mofokeng remains suspended by Leopards pending the outcome of the case.
Marc Grune, Aces' CEO, has already told KickOff.com that they agreed to sign Mofokeng unaware that he still had a binding contract with Leopards.
