First Division campaigners Hanover Park have snapped up Darrel Smith just weeks after he was handed his clearance at Bloemfontein Celtic.
Prior to that Smith – who has signed a one-year deal - spent half a season on loan at Mpumalanga Black Aces.
Park will be the fifth hometown club that he has played for since breaking through at Hellenic.
Park boss Rieduwaan Anthony confirms to KickOff.com that they have given the 28 year-old a one-year contract.
"He has been training with us for the past few weeks and will provide us with what we need, though we are still pushing him to attain full fitness as he was not with us during the pre-season," says Anthony.
