Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates return to Soccer City

Amakhosi vs Bucs at FNB Stadium

Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will face each other at the FNB Stadium for both legs of the MTN8 semifinal.

The PSL has confirmed the dates, times and venues for what is expected to be a grueling battle between the bitter Soweto archrivals.

In the first match, Bucs will host Amakhosi on Saturday, September 11. Kick-off for this match will be 20h15. Two weeks later on a Sunday, September 26, Amakhosi will be the hosts. The return leg will kick off at 15:00.

In the other semifinal, Ajax Cape Town will host Moroka Swallows at the Athlone Stadium on Sunday, September 12, and the return leg will see the Dube Birds hosting the Urban Warriors at the Dobsonville Stadium on Saturday, September 25.

All these matches will be broadcast live on SABC and SuperSport.

Some people did not believe when we said Chiefs pay the referees. Chiefs did not have to buy players because they play with 11 + 3 players, i.e. 14 players. The very first bad decision of the 2010/11 Premiership is in favour of Chiefs. Many more still to come, watch the space. Kaizer Chiefs will not beat Orlando Pirates in open play without wrong decisions from the officials in favour of Chiefs. There will be a harsh red card against Pirates and a soft penalty given to help Chiefs. Thats how they won most of thier small cups.

4-5-1 and 4-4-2 formation:: which 1 is good? Rudi Krol have been hugely attacked by Chiefs fans & some Pirates fans for using 4-5-1 formation against Santos. Msowoya was a lone striker, whereas Teko come behind. They said Krol is forced to use 4-5-1 formation because, hez doing favours to Teko. They went on and say Krol is trying to appease Pirates players by playing Teko. VV was using 4-5-1 formation against arrows and shabba was coming behind Musona. Was he doing some favours to shabba? why dont you say anything about it? I thot you will say he must us 4-4-2.

This I believe it's going to be a very beautiful game of football. Pirates on-form Isaac Chansa and Andile Jali can steal the day. But never mind the penalty against Arrows, but I saw the best game of PSL at the rand stadium. It was a beauty. how KC exchange the passes and the way they penetrate the opposition defence was awesome. this is the season to enjoy football. Tshaba, JD, Yeye, Musona, Yende, Masango. are on top gear. VV is a good coach wether win or loose. I'm just worried of Chansa and Jali and Segolela. as for Klate he was god at SSU and with Pirates it's a different ball game. I think the u guys must be honest and stop talking about the controvetial penalty. KC deserved more than two goals thanks to Arrows brialliant Goalkeeper. Khosi for Life!!!!

I apologise for that, but since he is the coach of the team I expect him to know the number of players in his team. Honestly Pirates are worthy opponents looking forward to play them for the 8m.

As for the penalty on Saturday common now guys, I don't remember Arrows scoring even if the penalty was not given we would have still won, besides the world cup was here and we still saw dubious decisions made then by top of the ranks referees.

As for who will win, I will leave that to the prophets on this forum, still today I have learned that soccer is unpredictable unless you are the Octopus but I wish my team all the best.

Why FNB for both legs. Why two legs? We want to whip Pirates once, not twice because we dont want to embarrass them even though they will not think twice to do it if afforded the opportunity.
