Mpumalanga Black Aces have made another addition into their squad after signing goalkeeper Walter Khumalo from Free State Stars.

Khumalo has joined other new goalkeepers Denis Onyango and Francis Chansa at Aces.

AmaZayoni CEO Marc Grune said the Sasolburg-born minder has signed a one-year contract.

Meanwhile Aces face possibility of playing Platinum Stars in the League in Witbank this weekend without the services of coach Aki Ayiomamidis due to a delay in receiving his work permit.

Grune said his club will bank their hopes on both Dumisa Ngobe and Cyprian Maimane if Ayomamidis does not receive his work permit before the weekend.

"It looks like we have to wait until the people at Home Affairs Department finish their strike before we get the work permits," says Grune.
