Krol sends four more out on loan

Orlando Pirates coach Ruud Krol is cleaning Bucs’ ship and at the same time giving some of his fringe players a chance to get regular game-time.

Pirates announced on their website this morning that Sepeke Manamela, Mzondi Mthombeni, Reason Chiloane and Mduduzi Nyanda have all joined National First Division Dynamos on a loan deal for the 2010/11 season.

The quartet head for Pietersburg to join their new teammates in the Inland Stream following an agreement between both clubs yesterday afternoon.

For the young Nyanda and Mthombeni, the loan move will give them an opportunity to nail down a spot in the first team and gain experience through playing regular football. For Chiloane and Manamela, a loan to Dynamos, will certainly “benefit all parties”.

Dynamos desperately aim to gain promotion to the Absa Premier League next year and both players (Chiloane and Manamela), want to play competitive football.

Other Pirates players out on loan already include the trio of Josephy Kamwendo, Lebogang Mothibantwa and Excellent Walaza to Vasco da Gamaand Lehlohonolo Seema to Mpumalanga Black Aces.

Pitso must becarefully what he says about Teko and Pirates players on the Media. He is not behaving like a proffessional coach. How can he go out rubbishes & insulting teko on the Media in a cruel manner? Perraire & Joel were bad coaches, but we never heared them going out discrediting players unccessarily. Hope Khoza will get rid of Nematendani and Took over as SAFA president,so that we will deal with Pitso. You cannot just tribalist against Pirates, & think you will get away with it. When Perraire contract ends in june, Pitso could not wait to stand up and say he is ready to take over. You know why? Pitso says he is ready not because it was in the best interests of the country, but bcoz he wanted to get rid of Teko. Pitso hate Teko that is the truth. Believe in me, there is no position for Teko in Bafana Bafana. If my memory serves me well, Pitso wanted to get rid of Teko long time ago. I remember, During Santana era, Pitso did not like Teko Modise. If there is something Pirates fans have to believe me now, what I’m saying.

When Teko loose the ball or miss the chance During Santana era, he used to stand and wave hands to Santana to shows that he wanted Teko out. But, when Yeye, or shabba loose the ball he sit sitted down, & pretend he did not see. Sometimes, I don’t blame kaizer Chiefs fans for attacking Teko, they get an opportunity to attack Teko, after realising Santana & Pitso are divided over Teko. Santana was very weak coach & do not have choice, but to listened Pitso and Sub Teko, with Yeye. Remember, the game against Japan &Jamaica. You will see.

When Perraire, come back that where Teko was saved, from Pitso. If it wasn’t Perraire who took over after Santana, Modise should have been dropped there, that time. Perraire knows and understand Modise every well. He never falls into Pitso’s trap. He continues believeing in Teko again, coz he knows what hez capable of. The issue between Teko and Pitso started long ago, even Teko himself, he is aware of that. Teko has fallen out of Pitso’s favour during Santana Era. Modise was guaranteed to be substituted during Santana era.

During the world cup Pitso divided Bafana Camp with Teko issue. He plotted against teko by telling players who are on the bench that Teko is off-form, & there is nothing he can do, because he is not the coach. Those players felt pain and started to hate Teko in Bafana Camp. Bafana bafana camp was divided because of Teko issue and Teko is aware of that. I call Teko yesterday; he told me he is aware of the matter. One of Bafana player, secretly call Teko and told him what happened in the Bafana camp during the world cup. This has end up on dropping Modise against France game.

Infact, Modise should have not been selected against Ghana game. He was pretending as he loves Teko. Against Ghana game It is proven that there is a plot to get rid of Teko. After the game he could not wait to grab the microphone from Journos to lambast Teko. He says Teko must Compete with Pienaar, but to my surprise he, never sub Pienaar with Teko. He even knows before the game that he will sub Mbazo and give Pienaar Captain Armband. How can you say Teko must compete with Pienaar in the right wing, at the same time you giving Pienaar captain armband? We not stupid Pitso. Judging by what you say after Ghana game, there is conspiracy to get rid of Teko. Lokk what he is about Teko, & say about Pienaar.

I feel for Mthembu, he achieved nothing at Pirates and now they want to get rid of him. Why in the first place they fight for him when they dont want to use him? He could be overseas now if he was playing for Chiefs....

I am of the idea that he is protecting Teko from the media and other doom sayers in Mzansi. I can bet my last cent that if the game was out of SA he wud have played him. On Sunday the 8th of August 2010, Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club hosted a glamorous Awards ceremony to celebrate the 2009 / 2010 season. The informal ****tail style event took place at a packed Southern Sun Pretoria Hotel with over 700 guests in attendance.
VIP guests included sponsors Nike’s CEO – Mr. Davide Carderelli, Actress – Katlego Danke, TV Presenter – Nonhle Thema, top Models – former Miss. S.A. Cindy Nell, Tanit Phoenix and Megan Coleman, just to name a few. The players were dressed to kill with their partners in tow.

The Supporters Awards went to 23 most outstanding branches and they walked away with a total of R330,000.00. The most ‘Active and Fastest Growing Student branches’ – TUT Main Campus, Medunsa and TSC Atteridgeville were some of the branches that were recognized with R10,000.00 each for their growing support.

The ‘Role Model and Overall Best branch’ Award went to Soshanguve and they received R50,000.00 which was presented to them by Dr. Precious Moloi Motsepe.

The Players Awards went to 13 Players including 4 players from our Youth Development teams. Xolani Mdaki was awarded the Best Player of the U-17 Team and Jabulani Shongwe was awarded the Best Player of the U-19 Team. They each walked away with R30,000.00 and R40,000.00 respectively.

The ‘Best Young Player of the Season’ – Siyanda Xulu was awarded R60,000.00. Other players to receive Awards included Vuyo Mere who was awarded R80,000.00 for being the ‘Most Committed Player of the Season’ and Elias Pelembe who was awarded R125,000.00 for the ‘Player’s Player of the Season’.

The President – Mr. Patrice Motsepe presented the ‘Player of the Season’ and this prestigious award went to Katlego Mphela who walked away with a whooping R175,000.00.

The 13 Players were awarded a staggering total of R1,030,000.00!

Before the formalities came to an end, an opportunity was given for all the new players to be introduced to the Supporters and the Media. The new players included Richard Henyekane, Sibusiso Khumalo, Thapelo Tshilo and Tshepo Ramokala.

Three foreign players from Zimbabwe – Nyasha Mushekwi, Method Mwanjale and Lionel Mutizwa were also formally introduced.

Also to be introducted were two players who have been recently promoted from the Youth Academy – Jabulani Shongwe (winner of the best U-19 player) and Buhlebuyeza Mkhwanazi.

After the formalities Dinner was served. The players, supporters, sponsors and other VIP guests got a chance to mingle whilst being entertained by music from popular artists such as JR, HHP and Rythmic Elements. The Master of Ceremonies – Phumulani Msibi also kept everyone entertained with his wealth of knowledge of soccer. DJ Sbu later opened the dance floor and everyone danced well into the night. The successful event finally winded down at 2 a.m..............

Pitso is trying to break players he built; Teko can only be sidelined or judged by the fans, whereas Pitso is defensive should if they are facing criticism. FYI pirates have only 37 players registered and out of this 37, 8 of them are already on loan(Mothibantwa,Walaza,Seema,Kamwendo,Nyanda,Manamela,Mthombeni,Chiloane) which bring the total of 29, so please do us a favour and tell us where did you get 68 players from, yes the coach need 27 players only but 29 is not bad too, is manageable.

Pitso and Teko's issue

Soccer lovers let us be objective when debating the issue of Teko Modise performance during world cup and his absence from Ghana game. I trully agree with you guys that Pienaar can player better than Teko but he was also off form or tired during the world cup. Why you guys don't say anything about Pienaar,Dikgacoi and even Khune's performance. Yes it is true that Teko didn't raise up to expectation but like Pienaar and others he will gain his form. I think the problem with us is that we were expecting much from him. Soccer lovers please when we comment about the national team let us put the issue of local clubs that we support aside. I am a Celtic fan and I believe that there are players that are good for Celtic only and those that are good for Celtic and National Team, e.g Suprise Moriri is very good at Sundowns but not at the National Team. As supporters we must rally behind everyone who is chosen not because he plays for my mighty Amakhosi or Buccaneers. Modise played very well in the world cup pre matches that is why he was chosen. Let us be realistic guys, he is out now but soon he will gain his form. As for Pitso I think if I was him I will avoid creating enemies. I know soccer is the game of opinions and we usally differ. I think it was uncalled for of him to say Teko must fight for his position. What about other guys at the bench? Is Teko the only guys who must fight for his position? If I were him I will mind the words that I use when conducting interviews. Not so long it was alleged that he favours players of a certain Pirara team. If I were him I will be careful not to create enemies. Its too early for that. How does he justify the inclusion of Sthembiso Ngcobo. Is it because he is now playing for Chiefs? Anyhow I support him as a Bafana Bafana coach. Lastly I don't know why Chiefs likes to play night games. Siwelele all the way.
