Carara Kicks have taken down the 'For Sale' notice. This was confirmed by club manager Motebang Mokoena.
Mokoena said that no-one showed interest in buying the Free State First Division club and he had decided to take it off the market.
"We are currently busy with the preparations for the up-coming season. We only have two weeks before we kick-off our first game. As you know, when the league starts you are not allowed to sell the team and that means I will be at the helm for the rest of next season."
Motebang said the going price for the club was R7-million, unless they won promotion to the PSL next season. He also urged potential buyers for and follow the right procedure and not use the media.
Kicks play their opening fixture against Hanover Park in Cape Town on September 11.
