Owen da Gama is no longer Bloemfontein Celtic's coach.
Confirming this to KickOff.com this morning, Phunya Sele Sele CEO Ike Augousti said his management is set to sit down soon to discuss the issue of hiring new coach.
Sources in Bloemfontein says former Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and Free State Stars coach Gordon Igesund, who had applied for the position as head coach of Cameroon's Indomitable Lions is on Siwelele's radar for the position.
Augousti said Da Gama's assistant, Clinton Larson, will lead the club as care taker coach in the Old Mutual Mangaung Cup being staged in Botshabelo this weekend.
"Yes, I can confirm that Owen Da Gama is no longer our coach but we have still to meet with rest of management to discuss the issue of his replacement," Augousti informed KickOff.com.
