US based midfielder Thabiso 'Boyzzz' Khumalo is considering returning to South Africa.
Khumalo, who was born in Soweto, has spent most of his football career playing in America.
Speaking to KickOff.com from US, the former Stars of Africa Academy player said he is hoping to sort out his future soon and expressed interest to play in PSL this coming season.
“I had a few problems with my team and asked them to release me from the contract. I am now free agent after receiving my clearance on Monday.
“I am still going to stay here in the US for a few days to see if I could get any offers, if not, I will considering coming back home.
“I have been overseas for a long time and never played professional soccer in South Africa. Maybe this could be a good opportunity for me to play in PSL this coming season.”
The 29-year-old striker has spent most of his US career playing as a midfielder, but adds that he is also effective playing as a striker.
“Ian Palmer and Farouk Khan played me as striker but when I came here I was converted to a wide midfielder.”
