Aces land Biyela, chase Kamwendo

Could Josephy Kamwendo be next for Aces?

Black Aces want Josephy Kamwendo and Excellent Walaza

Aces land Biyela, chase Kamwendo

Posted: 2010-07-26 18:11

It seems there is no stopping Mpumalanga Black Aces in the transfer market as they continue to build for the 2010/11 season.

Amazayoni CEO Marc Grune has confirmed the club’s signing of Bafo Biyela after the midfielder was released by Golden Arrows.

Now Aces have targeted two more to add to their already massive list of new players, Excellent Walaza and Josephy Kamwendo.

“Yes, it is true that Walaza and Kamwendo’s names have been mentioned in our meetings and hopefully we will announce more new signings soon,” Grune tells KickOff.com.

Meanwhile, Aces have decided to terminate the contract of Romanian goalkeeper Tiberiu Lung before he even kicked a ball in South Africa.

Lung, who has been capped by the national team, had signed one-year contract with Aces, but according to Grune, he has already been booked on the next flight home.

“He had some personal and family matters that had to be sorted out at home and we have since terminated his contract.”

KickOff.com had earlier reported that Aces signed Denis Onyango from SuperSport United – this after earlier bringing in Francis Chansa from Bidvest Wits.

Naa, I dont think Kamwendo will leave JUJU, unless on a loan move. As for Walaza, he's wasting his time with those trophiless bunch.

Even Tlou Segolela has made a bad call by going back to re-join those 80+ registered players.

What's happening at Naturena, is it only Ntuka and gran-dad Nengomasha who are making headlines so far , Pity for Sthembiso Ngcobo he arrived just after the departure of Ntukan. Anyaway I heard Castle Milk Stout is starting to go out the shelves faster since Ngcobos arrival at Sis Eunice's tarven somewhere in Naturena.

I was not aware that in SA we have fools, stupid, uninformed, average and lazy to think KINGS.

Even if you cook fool in a big pot for hours, it will remain a fool.

Record breaking a player signed during pre season and released before the season start without playing any official game. Football is a career but to les ambitious players is just work. For players to move from Pirates to Aces is climbing down the ladder! I know someone will take it personal but even if a player is moving from Chiefs to Qatar is up the ladder. Can't you learn from the best and start exporting players not loaned them out bring them back and keep on the bench until contract is expired.

Khosi 4 Life the only trend setters in Mzantsi!

With players like Chansa, Mhlongo, Jali, even the general himself Teko, available in the midfield I don't see Kamwendo, Mothibantwa and Mdluli playing any significant role at Bucs this season. Wena King you make me laugh, where did you see a youngster at the age of 31 in soccer, Nhleko ke madala, a real Outopie..!!!

Sweyts: 2010-07-27 09:27

King, Uthi 'lentwana' u-Chippa bayigaye i-'klipper fifty' for i-Burger nama Chips! Yho! bas gef jong!

You were told to tone it down a bit by one of iy'wengu zeKhosi izolo, I hope uzobazwela vandag because sebayakhala. Behave san King, behave....do'nt you know this is the most decorated club in Mzantsi? Ok many of the 'ornaments' in their cabinet are plastic, polyetherene and tapperware but then Bucs would kill for those! Kwaaa! kwaa! kwa!

KING... You know our coach(Ruud Krol) very well. He may have a galaxy of stars as you correctly mention but the question is whether he can utilise them correctly. He is going to use the same 14 players over and over again for the whole season even if it is clear they are tired, the substitutions at the 83rd minute thus wasting a lot of talent.. At Pirates we are not beaten by other teams but we are beating ourselves..
