Platinum Stars's decision on whether or not to sign Zimbabwean striker Terrence Mandaza will be made by their new coach.
Mandaza, who was hailed as hottest property in Botswana last season after scoring 42 goals in all competitions, is currently training with Stars in the hope secure contract with the North West based side this coming season.
Dinaledi CEO Jason Raine said his club is still reviewing a few applicants for the coaching position but promised to make an announcement soon regarding changes in their technical team.
"The issue of whether to sign Mandaza or not will rest with the new coach. We are reviewing applicants regarding the coaching post and we want to make sure we find right person before we make an announcement."
Raine also revealed that they are expecting defender Mbulelo Mabizela back at training soon. Mabizela suffered a knee injury during Stars' friendly game against England before the World Cup in Rustenburg.
"He had a successful operation and we expect him back at training in the next 10 days."
