Williams back training with Dinaledi

Edward Williams back in full training, eight months after picking up a serious knee injury.
There have been reports that Williams is no longer under contract at Platinum Stars and that his deal will not be renewed.
“I am back at full training now with the rest of the squad and working on my fitness. I started two weeks ago and I am doing a lot of catch up fitness wise as I have been out since November. I am also still under contract to Dinaledi for another season and the reason that I am back here is because I still have a contract to honour,” says Williams.
While he was recovering from his injury Dinaledi exercised the option of a year that they had on his contract.
Williams picked up his knee injury when Stars beat Mamelodi Sundowns 2-0 on October 28 last year. At the time, he featured in all Stars 12 League games.
