Podolski - Germany finishing third is a 'Success'

Lukas Podolski claims Germany's third place finish atWorld Cup 2010 is a success, despite missing out on Sunday's Final.
Joachim Loew's side secured bronze in South Africa after fighting back from 2-1 down to beat Uruguay 3-2.
Podolski, who scored two goals in the tournament but missed out on Saturday with flu, is proud of Germany's achievements at this summer's tournament and hopes Joachim Loew continues as manager.
He told reporters: "Third place is a success. We can be proud of it. We hope that Joachim Loew carries on [as manager]."
Stand-in Germany captain Philipp Lahm was also proud of his side's performances at the World Cup, while Thomas Mueller echoed his thoughts.
"I am very proud. It was very important that we created a positive end to this World Cup. We can not thank the German fans enough. For us it was always a big motivation to play [for them]," Lahm said.
Mueller added: "Of course I'm proud of [finishing third]. It was important for us, for the country and the overall impression that we have won today. I must now keep at it."
Marcell Jansen, who scored the equaliser to make the score 2-2 against Uruguay, was pleased by his side's style of play.
"Today we have proved [our] morale. It's fun, it's sensational. We have demonstrated a good game and we don't feel insecure," he said.
DFB President Theo Zwanziger was particularly proud of Germany, the second youngest team in the tournament, and confirmed that he would do all he could to keep hold of
