Troughton links up with Kicks

Having parted ways with Thanda Royal Zulu recently, coach Sammy Troughton has found a new home at First Division side Carara Kicks.
Troughton has joined Sello 'Jomo'Ntuli as part of Kicks' technical team this season.
Ntuli will assume the role of assistnt coach to the former Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates defender who also had spell with Mpumalanga Black Aces before moving down to KwaZulu-Natal where was fired by Thanda at the end of last season.
Speaking to KickOff.com, Ntuli confirmed that he will be working with Troughton in the hope of taking the Free State based club up to the PSL next season.
"Sammy is not new to the Free State. He knows the environment and has worked at the club before. So far we have made no signings but are still looking at a number of trialists."
Ntuli also announced that midfielder Sihle Mbambo who was on loan from Kaizer Chiefs has since returned to Naturena.
