The annual PSL Awards took place at the Pretoria State Theatre on Sunday night.

as I have always said, chips is an ordinary team with mediocre players who dnt even feature as the nominees of the major awards....Iwisa Kaizer Chiefs is weak weak weak!!!their best coach is not even a nominee for the coach of the season...he he he, best coach kupi....phaaa kwi golf not soccer....bhwaaaaa ha ha ha!!!!

What happened to Footballer of the season award? the one in which a player was judged by his perfomance both in the club and in the national team? did it suddenly disappear with Teko? because if they say it is the one won by Morgan Gould then that will be the greatest injustice yet again by the soccer authorities. fact of the matter is that Morgan was good at PSL but did nothing internationally, but what do we know?

Agh phlease guys, How can a player who has not even clinched:

Absa Premiership Player of the Season;
OR
Telkom Knockout Player of the Tournament
OR
MTN8 Player of the Tournament
OR
Nedbank Cup Player of the Tournament

How can Morgan Gould became a PSL Player of the season? I sense conspiracy. What criteria was used if he never clinched a single above-mentioned award. Yo, our football is in shambles. Who decides on this award.

Mind you, Morgan Gould was injured for Telkom KO and Nedbank Tournament respectively.

Ah, gents, this is pure mumbo-jumbo!

I rest my case and you be the judge!

Hi guys. Just to clarify, the judges have nothing to do with the Footballer of the Season award. We only discuss the Absa Premiership awards and make our choices there. The Footballer of the Season award (or PSL Player of the Season) is judged by the soccer authorities, and they decided Gould for this year. Gould's displays across Premiership plus all cup competitions were taken into account.

Congratulations to the winners. Winning as a team is what makes Chiefs the best. Individual glory will come as a cherry on top. All what Pirates and Sundowns supporters can talk about are players’ nominations and individual awards, while Chiefs supporters will talk about a trophy. That's what teams are for (winning).

As far as my memory serves me very well, Gould never featured in the Telkom KO and Nedbank Cup, so which "all PSL Tournment" you are refering to? Chief, please check your facts and advise the judges that they got it wrong this time. In my opinion Morgan Gould was suppose to be ABSA premiership Player of the season. Period. The trend now is the winner of this award will always be fabricated. End of story!

Why is it that when this fools don't win anything they blame Chiefs. Do you think Chiefs is conspiring in everything against your useless teams? For all i care Baron won a medal in a cup that Chiefs won. So i don't see what's the fuss about. Morgan Gould won the PSL's player of the year not the Doomkop's player of the year cause those from Doomkop never won anything this season.

As for Pattison that was just a hand out you deserved nothing. Wits was the one which was supposed to cry. How come semi-final loosers win Nedbank Cup's best player? That beats me also.

I can agree with you guys that Chiefs is an ordinary team and thier players were not nominated. Now tell me what did your Big team Sunflops won?, its big names players, what did they won..it shows me that the Big teams are like ordinary. Congratulations Morgan Gould & Katlego Mphela. It again proves how good Jomo Sono is at developing talent. Unlucky to miss world cup Morgan. Better lucky next time. Hope you guy can secure overseas moves.Keep developing them Sono. Next it will be Thapelo Tshilo et al.

We should just have one ' best player of the season'....not this nonsense of player's player/ABSA player/PSL Player. Weare told that Gould is better than Klate bcos he(Gould) excelled in all competions! My foot as 'The controvercial one' has already pointed out he did not play in two cups and I also beleive SSU were knocked in 1st round in all 3...so how did he excel.

SAFA like Perreira are taking football down the drain in this country!!!!! Anywhere cogra to the psl (pretoria soccer league) for sweeping the boards. The boys had NO competion so to speak!What happened to other so called big team players?
