Evans to leave Thanda

The exit door at Thanda Royal Zulu continues to revolve as former PSL players step out with ex-Bafana Bafana international Phil Evans being the latest to take that route.
Evans follows the path taken by Tonic Chabalala and Kelebogile Mabe.
Already Michel Babale, Thabiso Rammile and Ivan Winstanley have left the club during the course of this season.
"I am negotiating with the club at the moment," Evans confirms to KickOff.com.
"It doesn't look like I will still be here next season which is why I am negotiating my way out with the club. The reason why we are still talking is because I still have a year remaining on my contract which I signed when I arrived at the club," says Evans who last played at the beginning of February.
"What I know is that I haven't played since the owners took control; it is like I was pushed aside. I cannot really say more about why I haven't played since the Bay United game," he adds.
KickOff.com has gathered that Thanda are off-loading players that they deem expensive and Evans falls into that bracket as did Chabalala.
The 29 year-old spent the greater part of his career at SuperSport United before moving to Bidvest Wits from where he then joined Thanda at the beginning of last year on a free transfer.
