Mpumalanga Black Aces have completed the signing of Lethola Mofokeng just days after securing their place in the PSL for next season at the expense of the lanky striker's team Black Leopards.
Aces are also apparently chasing another Leopards forward Walter Ramulondi who is expected to also seal his deal in the near future, while another two Leopards players will also be making their way to Witbank before the start of next season.
Mofokeng has enjoyed a fantastic stay with Leopards since arriving at the club last season and his form in the Play-offs convinced Aces to snap him up.
Though already signed the blonde-haired striker's move has been wrapped in controversy.
KickOff.com has been told that Mofokeng's deal was completed just a day after he sat out of the second leg of the Promotional Play-offs played at Ackerville Stadium in Witbank last week. He had played a blinder in the first leg.
The 25 year-old last played in the PSL for Jomo Cosmos during the 2007/08 season when Ezenkosi were eventually relegated. There are no details available yet on his latest deal.
During his time at Cosmos he had a stint with French club Lille's reserves.
