Faisal coach open to Kotoko move

King Faisal coach Zdravko Lugaracic says he is open to a move to Kumasi Asante Kotoko once the money is right.

Faisal have been the form team lately in the Glo Premier League winning seven of their last ten games and keeping five clean sheets since the Croatian took over.

And amidst mounting rumours that Kumasi Asante Kotoko are planning a swoop for his service, Lagaracic has effectively encouraged the chase with his comments.

"Since I have been here King Faisal have won seven games, nine different players have scored and we have kept five clean sheets. We are the form team and that is no coincidence," he said.

"There have been rumours about me and Heart of Lions, rumours about me and Liberty and now rumours linking me to Kotoko. I can only say one thing: money talks."

Kotoko have been mute on the Lugaracic rumours with spokesman Jarvis Peprah only saying that the club is bringing back Johnson Smith as assistant coach.

Peprah also refused to give any assurances to under pressure coach Paa Kwesi Fabian.
