Dlamini's return comes soon after reports emerged that both Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs have expressed an interest in signing the Swazi international striker who banged in more than 10 goals for Amatuks this season.
SuperSport United commercial manager Jose Ferreira said Dlamini will be registered as a local player after he received his South African identity document.
"We have been following his progress in the First Divison and the youngster has been very impressive."
Last year Dlamini was involved in contract dispute with United after the player's mother, Busi Dlamini, complained that she had not seen a copy of the player's contract with Matsatsantsa.
Ferreira also disclosed that their negotiations with Thabo September regarding his contract which is set to expire at the end of the season is underway.
September is being linked with move to Kaizer Chiefs next season.
