This follows a report in The Star earlier this month that Ncobo had instructed referees to garner damaging evidence against Orlando Pirates which could get the club in trouble.
A statement read: “The League has appointed a task team comprising Zola Majavu and Michael Murphy (both lawyers) to establish the facts pertaining to this matter.
“Ncobo has also been informed of this and he has indicated his preparedness to assist as required and also stated that he has no objection to the members of the task team.
“The League has been informed that a public polygraph test is to be conducted at the Johannesburg offices of Independent Newspapers at 13h00 on Thursday. It is important for the League to record that such a test is not a part of the investigation which the League has initiated.”

Whose idea was this for a lie detector test? Will the referee (who has failed a test before) also be taking it this time? Why is PSL making this announcement about this test if its not their business..? To put pressure on Ncobo?

Ngcobo must be fired also.beeing suspended is not good enough we don't need such people in our community.
I dont understand this PSL led by Chairman Khoza.They got the information from suspended refree Nhlapo who failed the lie Detector test which accuse of General manager Ace Ngcobo in instructing refrees to get criminitating evidence against Pierats,I think that is crazy.How do you take a testimony of somebody who lied and use it to charge a General Manager.This Khoza is running the PSL like a Spaza shop and the other members of the board are just puppets since khoza give them a share of the bonusses from sponsorship.Now Khoza is after Ace since Ace was in the camp of Jordan"

Even if Ngcobo is found to be telling the truth,what will it do to his intergrity?
Maybe all the referees should be brought forward inclunding Sylvester Ndaba ,Walter Mochubela, Mathabela(He hated Sundowns) and Simon Motau(Chiefs supporter who loved Sundowns games)
My point is that how do u beginning to take evedence from Nhlapo as credible and use it against charging a General Manager whilst the same Nhlapo failed a lie detector.That shows that anything that Nhlapo has provided as evedence is likely to be lies. Khoza is just using every power he has to destabilise the whole footbal fraternity after loosing to Neamatandani
Regarding Ace's issue here, he's being accused of secrectly ganging against Pirates. he has to undergo the test and whatever he would say, the machine will detect if he was telling the truth or being deceptive. the machine works on voluntary and involuntary muscle like your blood pressure, heart beat and your ammount of sweat from your finger tips. example: if Ace didn't commit any crime, when asked, he wont panic and his heart beat won't accelerate, however, if he know he did that, hy sal kak, the machine will show deceptiveness and that's how you "FAIL" the test.
