Former Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder Solly Mathe has finally found a home in Durban after signing with Thanda Royal Zulu.

Mathe was training with Mpumalanga Black Aces before being lured to KwaZulu Natal by coach Sammy Troughton who resigned from Aces recently.

Thanda managing director Natasha Tsichlas has promised more signings within the next few days.

“Mathe is here and has already signed with us. We are talking to more players and hope to finalise their deals before the end of this week.”

Tsichlas also confirms that she is now part of Amabhubesi but will reveal more details about her role in the team.

"There are few things that we are still working on and once everything is done, we will organise a press conference to disclose details about my partnership with the club.”

The club was put on the market for R9, 5-million, however it is understood that the Tsichlas family are now joint owners with TRZ’s Pierre Delvaux.
