Napoli put on a clinical display to thump Frosnione, while AS Roma dropped points on the road in Saturday's Serie A action.

Napoli 4-0 Frosinone

Napoli made light work of Frosinone ahead of their final UEFA Champions League group stage clash with a 4-0 win.

The hosts raced into a two-goal lead in the first half thanks to strikes from Piotr Zieliński and Adam Ounas.

Arkadiusz Milik completed the rout for Carlo Ancelotti's troops with two goals in the second half.

Cagliari 2-2 AS Roma

AS Roma were left frustrated after dropping points away to Cagliari on Saturday evening.

Roma got off to a good start after taking a 2-0 lead after Bryan Cristante and Aleksander Kolarov found the back of the net.

Cagliari, however, did not sit back as they hit back in the final five minutes of the second half through Artur Ionița and Marco Sau.

Lazio 2-2 Sampdoria

Lazio missed the chance to move up to fourth spot after drawing 2-2 with Sampdoria.

The hosts looked to have sealed victory after Francesco Acerbi and Ciro Immobile cancelled out Fabio Quagliarella's goal.

However, Riccardo Saponara secured the equaliser in the ninth minute of time added on in the second half.
