Gor Mahia have confirmed the exit of manager Dylan Kerr, who led the side Kenyan National Super League giants to the CAF Confederation Cup group stage and two consecutive league titles.
Kerr, 51, departs after a one-year and four months with two league titles under his belt since replacing former Inter Milan defender Ze Maria in July last year.
After travelling with the side for last week's Sportpesa Cup clash against Everton at Goodison Park, Kerr failed to return to the club with a reported health scare.
However, it's since been revealed that the former Leeds United defender has handed in his resignation, which has been accepted by the club.
Kerr has since hinted that he's set to take up another coaching role, with no clear indications where as of yet.
"With a very sad heart, l have decided to accept another coaching role for the 2018/19 season," Kerr's statement began.
"To players, all l can say is a thank you for being amazing - everyone played their part with fun, enthusiasm, hard work and most of all belief in what l demanded both on and off the field.
While the club's chairman Ambrose Rachier added; “I have today received a resignation letter from coach Dylan Kerr. On behalf of the club, l accept the resignation because he has been good and candid enough.
"As per his letter, he is going for greener pastures and l want to wish him all the best."
