"Amsterdam will be recommending the coach or have the first option of choosing a coach," Mekuto told KickOff.com.

Mekuto also confirmed to this website that first and second assistant coaches Calvin Marlin and Dylan Dean will be in charge of the team's bench until a suitable candidate is found.

The Urban Warriors are eighth on the NFD table with 15 points after four wins from 15 matches played so far.

They will play their next league encounter against Royal Eagles on November 24 at Athlone Stadium.
