Highlands: Hands off Mokoena

Highlands Park co-director Brad Kaftel says they will not entertain any offers from their Premier Soccer League rivals for defender Luckyboy Mokoena.

Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns are believed to be interested in the skilful 24-year-old, who has played in all of his club's competitive matches this season.

But Kaftel says the former Real Kings player will only be sold if a suitable bid comes from overseas.

"That's very interesting," he tells KickOff.com.

"We aren't a selling club so they need to look elsewhere. Only overseas offers [will be entertained]."

The Lions of the North have fended off advances for their top players in the past, like when last season's National First Division joint-top goalscorer Peter Shalulile and Mothobi Mvala garnered attention.
