Orlando Pirates and Cape Town City will each have a player unavailable for selection when they square off in Johannesburg this week.
Pirates and City will face off in an Absa Premiership fixture at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday evening (kick-off at 19h30).
The Buccaneers will be without the services of striker Thamsanqa Gabuza, who is serving the last of his two-match suspension following his red card against Black Leopards last month.
'Ganda-ganda' could return when coach Milutin Sredojevic's side visit Baroka in their next league clash over the weekend.
The Citizens will be minus defensive cog Taariq Fielies, who was sent off in their recent 4-1 drubbing at the hands of Kaizer Chiefs over the weekend.
The lanky centre-back will also miss out on the MTN8 final against SuperSport United next weekend, as City face a 10-day break after this week's encounter.
Meanwhile, coach Benni McCarthy faces a selection headache with midfielder Roland Putsche as well as striker Matthew Rusike both one yellow card away from a one-match suspension.
Chiefs defender Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya is also walking the suspension tight rope, having accumulated three yellow cards in his eight appearances thus far.
Amakhosi take on Free State Stars at the Goble Park stadium on Tuesday evening (19h30 kick-off).
