AmaZulu have continued their policy of hiring their former players to serve as coaches with the appointment of goalkeeper trainer Musa Langa.

The 46-year-old, who played for Usuthu between the late 1990s and early 2000s, will work closely with first team keeper coach Davies Phiri and reserve team head coach Ayanda Dlamini.

KwaMashu-born Langa previously served as a keeper coach at PSL rivals Golden Arrows for over 12 years.

“It feels good because everyone wants at some point to go through personal change and growth,” Langa told the club's website.

“As a goalkeeper trainer I started from development and I am still passionate about developing goalkeepers.

“I like to work with equally passionate goalkeepers. I must say I feel lucky to be here having spent quite a number of years with Arrows, to whom I’m quite grateful towards. My aim here at AmaZulu is to make a difference.”

Dlamini, U-19 coach Bukasa Kasonga, and U-13 coach Nhlanhla Zwane all played for the Absa Premiership side.
