National First Division side Mbombela United have unveiled seven new players, including Swaziland attacker Felix Badenhorst and goalkeeper Sandile Ginindza.

The 29-year-old Badenhorst has been training with the Mpumalanga side since last month, having been recruited from Swazi giants Mbabane Swallows along with compatriot Ginindza

Beside the duo, Mbombela have also added former Baroka striker Rethabile Soso, Humphrey Khoza from Witbank Spurs, Senzo Gumede (Umvoti), Lucky Sithole (Stellenbosch FC) and Mpho Mabizela to their roster.

According to the club's new coach Milton Dlamini, Badenhorst and Ginindza might not take part in their opening NFD fixture this weekend against University of Pretoria as they await their work permits.

"Ja, they [new signings] will be playing this week depending on if they make the team," Dlamini tells KickOff.com.

"But the two from Mbabane Swallows are still waiting for their work permits. But the others it depends on if they make the first 11 or the 18."

Dlamini will naturally be looking for a good start this weekend against Tuks.

"We will be looking for a win. All the teams in the NFD are playing for promotion. We don't know where we gonna end up but we will fight for promotion."

Mbombela finished 13th in the second tier last season.
