He currently works as an electrician and lives in Meadowlands with his two girls and their mother.

"I enjoyed my football at Swallows because they are the team that gave me a break, and I played something like three seasons there at Swallows," Mazibuko tells

"They spotted me in a local tournament in KwaMahlobo. There was this other guy Phumlani Dindi, he went to tell [Swallows boss, David] Chabeli that there was a boy like me in the location, and then Chabeli said I can come.

"I trained two days then they signed me. I can say Phumlani Dindi is the one who introduced me to Swallows."

While he enjoyed his football with the Dube Birds he received his biggest pay cheque at Pirates.

"The most I earned was R28 000 at Pirates before tax, after tax I would get something around R22 000.

"These days I have a job, there's work I'm doing at Eskom where we install boxes. You see these danger boxes in the streets? That's what we install.

"It's my friend's company but we are under Eskom, we are a contractor but under Eskom.

"I'm an electrician. So my life after football is still okay even though not perfect."
