Mou tells Real to 'look elsewhere'

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has issued a hands-off warning to Real Madrid over their three-time Player of the Year by saying they should focus on other targets.

Ahead of United's crucial UEFA Champions League second-leg fixture against Sevilla, the Red Devils boss has denied that goalkeeper David de Gea wants to leave the club.

Real have been long-term admirers of the Spain international, who is widely regarded as one of the worlds finest shot-stoppers and the Portuguese tactician is keen to remain working with him.

"I think he will stay," Mourinho told La Sexta ahead of the last-16 clash at Old Trafford. "I don't know what Real Madrid's intentions are, but if I were them, I would think of another player."

De Gea has kept an incredible 19 clean sheets in 36 games across all competitions this season.
