The 29-year-old scored a goal and provided as assist to help his new employers record a comfortable win at home.

Ogbeche provided as assist for Elvis Manu to give Cambuur the lead as early as the fourth minute, and went on to extend a goal of his own in the 44th minute to make the game comfortable for the hosts going into the break.

A further goal from Jodi Lukoki sealed the win for Cambuur, but Alfred Finnbogason managed to pull a goal back for Heerenveen later in the game.

Uche Nwofor was not listed for the game by Heerenveen, while Kenneth Otigba was surprisingly an unused substitute for coach Marco van Basten's men.
