With his Orlando Pirates contract expiring in June, the former Under-23 international has now been given permission to leave the club during the January transfer window; though Usuthu PRO Philani Mabaso insists all is not cut and dried yet.
“There are still a few things we are trying to finalise before the window closes, like terms and whether it will be a loan deal or not,” he tells KickOff.com. “Both parties are working frantically to make the deal happen.”
Ndulula has been frustrated in his efforts to get a move away from Pirates, having two opportunities to go on trial overseas – including one in Israel – turned down by The Buccaneers.
