Keita was signed at the beginning of the season when Muhsin Ertugral was still in charge only played just a few matches before picking up that knee injury which eventually forced him to undergo surgery.
However, the Malian midfielder has found no joy in making a return from that injury and his decision to seek his own medical advice has raised suggestions that he could as well be on his way out of the club.
"Keita is injured and had an operation which according to him didn't go right which is why he has since decided to do his own thing. The club has given him permission to seek his preferred medical advice like he requested since he appeared to be not happy with what the club was doing for him.
"It is for that reason that he hasn't reported back to training as yet. At this moment we don't know when he will be back because I don't even know where he is now," explains Vusumuzi Vilakazi, the Arrows spokesman.
The 26 year-old journeyman has already played his club football in Mali, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Qatar, Italy and Turkey.
Though Keita still has another year on his contract KickOff.com has found out that the club will be willing to allow him to leave due to leave if his injury problems don't come to an end.
Meanwhile, Zambian midfielder Justine Zulu is back at training with the rest of the squad after recovering from an ankle injury.
