SuperSport United beat CS Don Bosco in CAF Confederation Cup

Posted: 17 February 2013 Time: 17:25

SuperSport United have taken a huge step towards the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup after a 1-0 away win against CS Don Bosco on Sunday afternoon.

Thabiso Nkoana scored the only goal of the game 11 minutes from time.

SuperSport had most of the play in the first half, but were restricted to long-range efforts from the likes of Prince Nxumalo, Moffat Mdluli and Edwin Gyimah.

Atusaye Nyondo then missed two good efforts before Nkoana found the back of the net after some good work by Sameegh Doutie.

while other small teams (e.g. Kaizer Chiefs ,Chippa United and Platinum Stars,........) are busy celebrating PSL wins we (at Bucs) are celebrating the AFRICAN CHAMPIONS LEAQUE..... and well done for Supersport on flying the south african flag high... it takes quality team to represent their own country in a continental championship!

once a pirate ,always a pirate! from generation to generation of the buccaneers!
