Amakhosi redeem themselves

Kaizer Chiefs redeem themselves with a 2-1 win over Orlando Pirates in the Soweto Derby

Kaizer Chiefs finally got one over Orlando Pirates, with a 2-1 win at FNB Stadium on Saturday.

Bernard Parker scored his first League goal for Chiefs, with Siphiwe Tshabalala scoring the second.

Happy Jele hit home to get one back for Bucs in injury time, but it was too little to late, and Chiefs go top of the Premiership log.

Chiefs bossed the first half, though the first real sign of their dominance came in the 24th minute when Parker almost got onto the end of a great through-ball from Lucky Baloyi, but Moeneeb Josephs got off his line quickly.

Three minutes later Parker sent a fantastic shot direct from a free-kick right into the top corner. Josephs got a hand to the ball, but it wasn’t enough to keep it out.

Vladimir Vermezovic’s team continued to dictate proceedings and in injury time at the end of the first half they took advantage of some slack play from Andile Jali.

Jali attempted to dribble out of his own box, but was dispossessed by Josta Dladla, who teed up Tshabalala – the Bafana Bafana midfielder buried the ball in the back of the net to make it 2-0.

Pirates replaced injured striker Ndumiso Mabena with holding midfielder Clifford Ngobeni at the start of the second half, and the presence of an extra man in the middle of the park allowed Julio Leal’s side to boss the remainder of the game.

However, Bucs lacked a cutting edge up front and the service for striker Bongani Ndulula left much to be desired.

In fact, Chiefs perhaps had the best scoring chances of the second half, particularly Lehlohonolo Majoro, who sliced a close range effort in the 62nd minute.

Pirates continued to plug away against the outstanding Chiefs defence were rewarded right at the death when Jele scored with a volley after meeting Dikgang Mabalane’s free-kick at the near post.

Jali was too arrogant for my liking and with mabena i dont know how many times do we have to put up with him the goal last week is not good enough.

Our next game against Sundowns i want to see Ngobeni, manyisa and jali playing. Bester is a good player mabena must not play when bester is available. Jali is getting big headed if he is not careful we will sell him to Sundowns. By the way the referee blew for something before parker scored that goal, it was going to be a retake if he didnt score. Football 101 was mastered by Orlando Pirates.

Mr Referee go & get your BROWN envelop, Bobby is waiting 4 u at the tunnel. 1st half we underestimated da ladies of natirena & we regrouped 2nd half with Ngobeni doing very well. Upfront we were depleted but we got 8million last week & we wil keep on lifting da trophies! Once & always until Bobby stops bribing da middle men! Up the Bucs!

I told anyone who cared to listen on this blog that this Sister Leal is not a coach, all but just a mafia conduit, to convince his brother to pick pierats to Bafana. He was carefully picked for that mafia job by one Dr, Colonel, Chairman, Skuveve etc.

Some momrons were beginning to think they have KC's number...these flukes. We shall continue to rise.

Sundowns has to play every team after it has been beaten by chiefs all the way. I dont like it at all.

Champ Morio

The same whistle Jimmy Tau heard the other day is the same you may have heard. Regardless, the ball was goal-bound and your asthmatic goal-minder does nt save such goals.
