Sibisi brace sinks AmaZulu

Free State Stars beat AmaZulu 2-0 in an Absa Premiership match thanks to a brace by Diyo Sibisi at Goble Park on Saturday.

Stars played well creating more chances and in the end they deserved the three points.

Sibisi opened the scoring midway through the first-half with a header from a cross by Jimmy Kauleza on the right.

Any chance the Durban side had of finding a way back into the game was ended shortly after play resumed for the second-half.

Once again it was Sibisi and Kauleza who combined to good effect with Sipho Nkosi sending in a cross for Sibisi to score with a shot from inside the box.

The win lifts Stars to fourth place on the table with 39 points while AmaZulu are on the bottom half of the table with 31 points.

Hey Diyo! You have every right to celebrate. The Zhuyu's could say they are focusing on the Nedbank cup and should wait for another beating from us (Sundowns) and dig their hopes of the cup he he he he he he !
