United and Cosmos draw

Supersport United and Jomo Cosmos drew 1-1 in an Absa Premiership encounter at Super Stadium on Wednesday night.

Cosmos can thank Tshepo Moloto for the point when he got the equalizer in the 91st minute after Bongani Khumalo gave United the lead.

There was little goalmouth action until the 25th minute when United’ Katlego Mashego crossed the ball from the right only for Daine Klaite’s close-range shot to be well saved by keeper Avril Phali.

In the 56th minute United took the lead when a Klate free-kick was headed into the goal by Khumalo.

In the 80th minute Cosmos came close to equalising when a Sydney Plaatjies free-kick thundered against the bar.

The equalizer came in the 91st minute when United’s defence failed to clear the ball only substitute Tshepo Moloto to take advantage and score with a shot.

The result sees United near the top of the table on 31 points while Cosmos remain near the bottom on 15 points.

The only thing Jomo needs to do is to fire his coach. He is too busy focusing on ather businesses that he doesnt have time to realise that his team is going down the drain

They say it is never too late but its too dark for Jomo & Leopards. Joma is taking his own medicine, this coach will be very happy to defend and get one point, now that is good i wish he get one point in all game for the second round.

Mr J. learn to delegate & employ qualified people into your team. You turning the Premier League in2 a joke, how does one person do so many tasks all @ once? You should get 1/2 the monthly grant from the league cause you write youself too many cheques. Take note from "Guluva" and employ Bamuza as Team Manager.
