Santos beat AmaZulu 3-2 in an ABSA Premiership match at Athlone Stadium on Sunday.

Santos were 2-0 up at half time, after a goal by Erwin Isaacs, who shot into the top right of goal from a Musa Otieno cross, and another from Mogogi Gabonamong.

AmaZulu were given some hope when Romano Scott handled the ball in the area in the 56th minute, and Siyabonga Mkhwanazi converted with a well-taken penalty.

But Isaacs got his brace in the 69th minute, scoring from a Ryan Chapman cross, making the score 3-1.

AmaZulu got one back in the dying seconds of the game, Litha Ngxabi scoring from the penalty area, but the game ended 3-2.

Santos did well but leading 2-0 and winning 3-2 still shows that there is still a lot of work to be done. it could have been worse if Amazulu won the game.

AmaZulu's downwards slide continues. What else can we expect from our old Clive Barker. It does'nt look like AmaZulu management will ever learn from past experiences. Mr. Barker's style of football is predictable and outdated. Last season,AmaZulu were saved by the Brazilian couch who was never given a chance to continue where he left off.
