Smith brace sinks AmaZulu

Golden Arrows beat AmaZulu 2-1 in a Castle Premiership match played at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday night thanks to a brace by Norman Smith.
The AmaZulu goal was scored by Dennis Lota.
Arrows had more possession overall and in the end deserved the win.
Brendon Wardle made a great save just before the break to stop a shot from AmaZulu’ Dumisani Ngwenya.
In the 55th minute Arrows came close to scoring when a fantastic shot by Sehloho Nale struck the bar
Smith opened the scoring in the 61st minute when he beat keeper Lawrence Ncala with a right-footed shot from inside the box.
In the 68th minute Smith scored his second goal with a shot from inside the box after receiving a long pass from Kagiso Senamela.
As the game progressed AmaZulu pressed hard but battled to crack the Arrows defence.
Late in the game AmaZulu came close when Mpho Maleka hammered the ball over the bar after receiving a cross from Lovers Mohlala.
AmaZulu pulled a goal back in the 90th minute when Dennis Lota scored with a shot from inside the box.
In the end Arrows looked the better side and deserved the three points.
