Santos, Free State Stars share spoils

Santos and Free State Stars played to an exciting 2-2 draw in a castle Premiership clash at Athlone Stadium on Wednesday night.

New Boys Ea Lla Koto went ahead in the second minute of the game when Diyo Sibisi scored following a defensive error by the hosts.

The score remained 1-0 at the break.

Ryan Chapman leveled matters for Santos in the 51st minute, but the visitors regained their lead minutes later when Sibisi headed home from a cross by former Santos player Ruben Cloete.

Musa Otieno scored for Santos in the dying seconds of the game to hand Santos a deserved share of the spoils.
