Golden Arrows completed a come-from-behind victory over Bloemfontein Celtic in their Absa Premiership clash at the Dr Molemela Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Wayde Jooste handed the visitors the lead after his teammate Nkanyiso Mngwengwe cancelled out Alfred Ndengane opened the scoring in the scoend half.
The first half saw both sides take up a cagey approach in the midday heat of the Free State as very little seperated them at the half-time break.
However, Ndengane finally broke the deadlock on the 50-minute mark when his long-range effort took a wicked deflection off his former teammate Musa Bilankulu and beat a diving Maximilian Mbaeva.
Mngwengwe then grabbed his first ever PSL goal, after torrid marking by the Celtic defence, as he headed home Wayde Jooste's corner kick at the back-post in the 60th minute.
Jooste then turned scorer with 13 minutes left on the clock, when he profited off a deflected Miheso shot inside the box and cooly placed his effort beyond Patrick Tignyemb to condemn his former employers to a second defeat in three matches.
The result leaves Phunya Sele Sele rooted to the bottom of the table with just a solitary point, while Abafana Bes'thende go top of the log with nine points from four games.
