The home side dominated possession and thoroughly deserved the three points for the win.

The first goal was scored by former Kaizer Chiefs forward Serge Djiehoua with a low right-footed shot from a cross by Clement Mazibuko on the right.

The second goal was scored by stunning long-range Bernard Parker shot into the top corner in the 83rd minute.

The win gives Thanda their first win in five games but they remain bottom of the table on 3 points.
