Absa Premiership Chippa United vs Mpumalanga Black Aces

Posted: 30 October 2015 Time: 19:49

Chippa United came from behind to beat Mpumalanga Black Aces 2-1 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth.

Goals from Chippa United's Lerato Chabangu and Ugonna Uzochukwu cancelled out a superb set-piece from Black Aces' Lehlohonolo Nonyane to secure three points for the home side.

Nonyane set the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium alight with a well-hit free-kick in the 23rd minute after a foul to Vincent Kobolo just outside the Aces area.

Amazayoni went into the half-time break with a deserved 1-0 lead, however, the Chilli Boys came out a different side as they drew level just before the hour-mark.

Chabangu did well to direct his left-footed  effort beyond Jackson Mabokgwane from just inside the box, after Aristide Bance did well to hold of an onrushing defender.

Uzochukwu completed the comeback in the 83rd minute, when his effort struck Eric Chipeta before wrong-footing Mabokgwane, after Aces failed to clear a Chippa corner.
