Footballers are notoriously big spenders when it comes to cars, and the highest earners take a no-hold-barred approach when it comes to splashing out on their modes of transport.
At the top of the list is Cristiano Ronaldo's 2014 'La Ferrari' valued at nearly R40-million. CR7 also owns a Bentley Continental GT, a Lamborghini Gallardo and a raft of other high-end motors.
Some way behind CR7 is Senegalese winger El Hadji Diouf's Mercedez-Benz McLaren SLR, which tips the scales at a more modest R7.6-million.
David Beckham has just sold his custom Rolls Royce Phantom for R4.6-million...the car originally cost him R6.4-million.
Nigerian superstar Obafemi Martins finds himself in fourth place with his R4.6-million Lamborghini N50M.
In fifth place is Englishman Frank Lampard. The Chelsea midfielder has an extensive property portfolio, and runs his landlording errands in his Ferrari 458, which will set you back R4-million.
Sixth spot is occupied by the epitome of bling - club journeyman and bad boy Jermaine Pennant did a pretty good job of ruining this R3.1-million Aston Martin DBS with a custom chrome paint job.
It's another Aston Martin in seventh place - this time England and Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney, who spent R2.7-million on this Vanquish.
Ivory Coast legend Didier Drogba occupies eighth place with his custom Mercedez-Benz SL65 AMG - this would have set him back around R2.55-million, just pocket change to the Drog!
In ninth it's Turkish winger Arda Turan. The Atletico Madrid player drives Mercedez-Benz's stunning SLS Gullwing valued at R2.5-million.
Bringing up the expensive rear is Portugal and Manchester United winger Nani, whose drive of choice is the rapid Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2, a limited edition version of their sports coupe valued at R2.45-million.
