Sometime i wonder the level of literacy in South Africa judging their understanding of issues.

Bobby Mutaung is to blame for this, that greedy fraudster.
It's raining all over the country, and all these stadium have a world class draining system. All except Mbombela who use sand as a means of sucking out water from the pitch.
What did he do with that money with which he was supposed to build a draining system for the stadium?
Bobby Mutaung is a Thief and it makes me sick to the stomach because now our country is being slammed by this Togolese who probably has a lesser quality stadium in his own country.
