Moroka Swallows have signed eleven [11] players from their development ranks and amateur teams.

According to a registrations update from the PSL office, the 'Dube Birds' have registered the following players; Sandile Hlatshwayo, Mthunzi Khumalo, Vukani Manyande, Tshepiso Ndlovu, Mosa Moahloli and Nkosingiphile Zwane, all of who were promoted from their development team.

They have also signed Tshepiso Thulo [from Tornado FC], Leroy Mokone-Mei [Trabzon FC], Neo Segatle [Tsamaya Boys FC], Kgotso Molefe [Mofolo Leeds United] and Nkosinathi Nkabinde [Western Rangers].

Moving on to Bidvest Wits, the 'Clever Boys' have signed Daylon Appolis from SuperSport United, while promoting Winsley Miller and Zaid Patel from their junior ranks. Wits have also recalled Letsie Koapeng, who was on loan at First Division club Bay United.

Mamelodi Sundowns have registered Anthony Laffor, who arrived from SuperSport United.

Orlando Pirates have re-registered Ndumiso Mabena following their decision to trigger a one-year option on his contract.

Platinum Stars have finalised registrations for Lucas Thwala and Patrick Malokase, who joined the side from Pirates. 'Dikwena' have also registered Sipho Jembula, who was signed from Soweto Panthers.

SuperSport United have registered Mabhudi Khenyeza and Franklin Cale, who they signed from Sundowns, while Masibuzane Zongo has officially been transferred from the books of Vasco Da Gama, where he was on loan, to the Tshwane side.

Down in the Mother City, Ajax Cape Town have registered Kyle Peters and Toriq Losper from their development team. Sean Roberts and Nazeer Allie also appear on the registration list because they signed new contracts recently, while neighbours Santos have registered Nasief Morris, who is on loan from SuperSport United.

To cap it off, Bloemfontein Celtic have registered their new signing Papi Zothwane.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the clubs' new signings don't appear on the registration list yet, because their clubs are yet to register them with the National Soccer League. “I think with foreign players, for example, the clubs are probably waiting for the international clearance like [Luis] Boa Morte at Pirates and regarding local players, the out-of-town clubs will be at our offices today to register their players,” says the PSL's PR and media manager, Altaaf Kazi.

The January transfer window closes at 17h00 today.

Van Basten: 2012-01-31 16:40

The Sfiso Myeni transfer proves that Chiefs does not appeal to local youngsters anymore, why?

Marco! What about the youngsters like Masango,Lebese,Mateba,Baloyi etc?

I you correctly say that Chiefs doesn't attract big name players anymore it will make much sense.

This is also due to the fact that Family Bonds as they call them have a vision to have Zim 11 in 5yrs time.
