Ayn Young-Hak first played professional football for Albirex Niigata in 2002, and after 94 appearances he signed with Nagoya Grampus. However, he soon moved on to Busan I’Parl in 2006 and then Suwon Bluewings in 2008, but in 2010 he signed a new deal with J-League Division 1 outfit Omiya Ardija.

The midfielder was born in Japan but is eligible to play for North Korea through his parents, and he played his first international match for his adopted country in 2002, and has since gone on to make 22 appearances, scoring two goals.
