14 Kengo Nakamura
Kengo Nakamura began playing professional football in 2003 with Kawasaki Frontale following a successful trial at the club, and he scored his first goal on 9 April against Monedio Yamagata. In 2006 he was named in the J-League Team of the Year.
In October of that year he made his international debut in the friendly against Ghana, and just seven days later he scored his first international goal in the AFC Asian Cup qualifier against India. He was also part of the 2007 team that played at the 2007 Asian Cup finals, and helped his side qualify for the 2010 World Cup with two goals during qualifiers.
