3 Yūichi Komano
Yuichi Komano first played football with Sanfrecce Hiroshima Youth from 1997 to 1999 before breaking into the first team, and after 191 appearances and the club’s relegation from the J-League in 2007 he moved on to Jubilo Iwata in 2008.
He first played at international level with the Japan Under-20 and Under-23 teams, and in 2003 he picked up his first international cap in the East Asian Cup clash against China.
He was also part of the 2006 World Cup final squad, playing in the opening match against Australia, and also featured in the 2007 AFC Asian Cup finals, playing in all games except one through suspension.
